We are pleased to offer another magical breath medicine journey to begin our new 2025 calendar year. These are truly community building events while also being profoundly deep medicine spaces. We gather during the Akua moon phase, one of the 4 full moons, where our ancestors are close and will be eager to visit.

This method of breath medicine, is designed to dissolve the thinking mind and allow the intuitive mind/body to begin to heal naturally and effortlessly. Breath medicine allows for clearing of trauma, releases emotions and thought patterns, boosts immunity, cleanses blood and enhances mood, Being held in this sacred container, while breathing deeply, provides a transcendental experience and may even lead to psychedelic states. Elli Yokochi

Elli is truly passionate about sharing the medicine of breath. She has participated in Breathwork ceremonies for the past 15 years and continues to be humbled by the profound psychedelic experiences she has received. It is through deep spiritual initiations she has become deeply devoted to living “the beauty way” in harmony with Source while also living the full-spectrum human experience. She has practiced hands-on energy healing for about 14 years and has been teaching yoga classes and leading sacred ceremonies for the past 10 years. She is an ordained priest through Sanctuary of the Beloved, Order of Melchizidek, and has received the 9 Rites of the Munay KI - rites of the great medicine way passed down from the Q’uero Shamans. She has done additional training through Aphrodite University, Omega Institute, Essential Light Institute, Moksha School of Tantra, and Magdalene Rose Temple. She has an M.S. and a B.A. in exercise physiology and is a mother. She currently teaches pranayama, vinyasa flow and yin at The Yoga Nest, Yoga Love, and Pacific Island Fitness in Kona.

Jack Bolton

Jack is certified as an awakened breath facilitator and is a team member of Awakened Breath, a training program that teaches aspiring healers to facilitate Breathwork and start high impact wellness businesses. He was born and raised on the Big Island, in Kona and has been practicing breathwork since January 2023. After attending a men’s retreat with Ben Holt and experiencing the profound, life-changing results of a breath medicine ceremony, he found the passion for helping others with their mindset/belief and sharing breathwork with as many people as possible. He currently teaches dynamic Breathwork classes at Inner Alignment studios in Kona.

La’aukulua Moon Shakti Rising Fire Ceremony

The Goddesses will gather just 2 days following a full moon in Aries. This isn’t just any full moon, but the biggest, brightest super moon of the year, also called the Hunter moon. The full moon is conjunct asteroid Eris, Goddess of chaos and discord, opposite the sun in Libra conjunct asteroid Juno, the “ride or die” goddess of commitment. This lunation is also square Mars and Pluto, making sure we go deep and receive the revelations we need to come into alignment with our deepest truth. This is the last lunar event in the Aries and Libra axis, while the nodes of fate (north and south nodes) are in these signs. There is an emphasis on relationship: to self and other. This is a time to clear anything holding us back, just like the autumn trees shed their leaves, and to get us into deeper alignment with our most true selves.

These astrological alignments are supporting us to invoke the purifying element of fire, as well as, the dark goddess archetypes: Lilith, Kali, Durga, Pele, Erishkagal etc. to guide us on our ceremonial journey.

Our journey begins with a beautiful tea ceremony utilizing potent herbal allies to assist in stoking the fires of the heart so we can release what no longer serves with grace and ease. We will work with the potent energetics of: Hawthorn, known for it’s circulatory benefits as well as healing all matters of the heart, Rose which has the highest frequency of all flowers, Mimosa which nourishes the heart and calms the spirit, Mullen, to release what is stuck, Tulsi, to energize and vitalize the spirit, Cinnamon and Cardamom to reduce inflammation and promote clairty of mind, peace and positivity.

These herbal allies will support us on a guided heart journey and activation invoking the goddesses of the shadow, who will continue to support our Shakti activation using breath, sound and movement. We will take what has been revealed to us into the fire ceremony, releasing, purifying and stoking our passion for this upcoming season.

A note on the astrology; our ceremony occurs just one day after the new moon in Cancer (the mother), so we will still be in the dark moon portal. This new moon is sandwiched between a rare 2 full moons in Capricorn (the father). This provides an opportune portal for us to shed outmoded beliefs and emotional baggage that have been sabotaging our progress. Ascending to the next level of ourselves and manifesting intentions we have set, requires us to clear, purge, and transmute anything that may be coming up for you that hasn’t been dealt with. I have participated in Breathwork ceremonies for almost 15 years. It is truly my favorite medicine. I continue to be humbled by my experiences each time I get to participate in ceremony. I am deeply devoted to living “the beauty way” in harmony with Source while also experiencing the full-spectrum human experience. I am committed to being of service through my own embodiment and by being a clear and open conduit for truth, love and healing energy. I have practiced energy healing for about 14 years and have been teaching yoga classes and leading sacred ceremonies for the past 9 years. I am an ordained priest, through Sanctuary of the Beloved, Order of Melchizidek and have recieved the 9 Rites of the Munay Ki - rites of the great medicine way, passed down from Q’uero Shamans.

I was born and raised on the Big Island, in Kona, and have been practicing breathwork since January 2023. After attending a men’s retreat with Ben Holt and experiencing the profound, life-changing results of a breath medicine ceremony, I found the passion for helping others with their mindset/belief and sharing Breathwork with was many people as possible. I’m a team member of Awakened Breath, a training program that teaches aspiring healers to facilitate Breathwork and start a high impact wellness business. I am also certified as an awakened breath facilitator and currently teach dynamic Breathwork classes at the Yoga Nest, and Inner Alignment studios in Kona.

Shakti is the primordial feminine energy of the universe and is synonymous with power, energy and life-force. In Hindu mythology, the embodiment of this energy is personified as Goddess Shakti. The gnosis of this universal feminine energy has many names across all cultures. In Jewish and Christian theology this feminine aspect is called Shekinah, defined as, “the glory of divine presence, represented as light. and denotes the presence of God in a place.”

The invitation of this ceremonial offering is for you to release anything in the way of experiencing your true-nature, which is a pure vessel of the divine Shakti energy. We will utilize the medicine of cacao + blue lotus tea, breathwork, and dance to cultivate deep presence, open-hearted embodiment, and full expression of Shakti, as it is our inherent birthright to feel our full ecstatic aliveness!

Cacao + Blue Lotus Tea

Raw, ceremonial grade cacao, has been used for centuries as medicine of the heart, opening the heart, connecting us to universal love and unlocking euphoric states. CACAO (Theobroma Cacao) is known as “Food of the Gods.” It connects your left and right brain hemispheres, balancing yin and yang energies, enhances creativity, promotes embodiment of new learnings, and has many impressive health benefits. Breath Medicine

Breathwork is a powerful, transformative medicine practice that is not only healing, but may lead to psychedelic states. Breath medicine allows for clearing of trauma, release of emotions & thought patterns, and also boosts immunity, cleanses blood, enhances mood, and deepens self-awareness and overall well-being. In our ceremony, our breathwork will be accompanied with music, live drumming and supportive hands on healing, that will guide you to remembrance of your true nature, all in a beautifully held sacred space.

Dance Journey

Our guided dance journey will allow space to express the expansiveness of your heart, to continue to clear and integrate your experience of breath ceremony, and bring you into a deep connection with Self. We have entered the year of the Wood Dragon, Pluto is in Aquarius (power to the people!), all planets are currently direct and 2024 = an 8 universal year.  This signals “GO” time from the universe! The astrology for this Pisces new moon has the potential for an overflow of spiritual abundance. This is the last new moon pre-eclipse season, so if we clear the way beforehand, we have the opportunity to make a quantum leap into the astrological new year. 

This new moon is calling us to work with the element of water to re-weave the connection of women, water and our wombs.  We will begin our evening with a Lemurian water code activation, followed by a deep womb ceremony, then conclude with a guided dance journey for embodiment and integration of these codes. 

The Lemurian water codes are also known as HU codes. Codes are light information. These codes were architected by ancient Lemurians to be activated in the future (which is now!) to rebirth harmony and unity consciousness on Earth.  Lemurians had a sacred relationship with water and we, as a collective, are beginning to inner-stand the true nature of water’s ability to store information, memory and frequency. She (Water) has been storing these codes for many lifetimes to be re-activated.

All water on Earth is connected including the water in our wombs.  The same water we activate will be used in womb ceremony as we weave elements of prayer, purification, blessing, womb-activation and transmission. Women must build relationship and connect with the sacredness of their womb portal so that we are embodied and empowered as divine creators.

Capricorn New Moon ● Goddess Fire Ceremony

Calling the ancient souls who remember why they are here, during this pivotal time on Earth. Join us under the first new moon of 2024, in Capricorn, as we explore our foundation & roots in sacred ceremony. The new moon is a powerful time to gather in a supportive community and plant your intentions in the fertile earth so they may grow and prosper.

Capricorn rules the skeletal system, and it is here, we examine our foundation. What are we supporting our bodies with as we move into a new cycle? What daily practices support us? How can we nourish our mind, body and soul so that we have a fertile ground on which to flourish? What plans do we need to take action on now to set us up for success in the future?

This new moon is exact at 1:57am HST and lands on the powerful 1/11 portal. The numerology for that day is also an 11 (1/11/2024 = 11). Master number 11 is called “the illuminator” ‘the Messenger” or “the Teacher” and symbolized spiritual awakening, enlightenment, soul mission and life purpose and is often a message from your angels, and one of the first “angel numbers” people notice. The energy of this numerology adds to the potency and manifestation potential of this day.

In ceremony, we will apply ancient Hawaiian lomi lomi principals to tap into the wisdom of our bones. We are deep in the “Season of the Witch.” 🧙🏼‍♀️ (a.k.a Wise Woman) An especially potent time to dive into the Scorpionic themes of spiritual reflection of shadow, death/rebirth, and transformation. We are not only in post eclipse season, but at the end of multiple astrological cycles regarding our self-worth as humanity, beings, and leaders. Libra New Moon Goddess Fire Ceremony

The new moon is a beautiful time for women to connect in ceremony. The divine feminine is intimately connected with the lunar cycles and women have been gathering since ancient times to perform ceremony, celebrate and co-create with the moon cycles. The darkness of the new moon represents the sacred womb space, making this the ideal time to plant seeds of intention.  Gathering in community serves to amplify our intentions using the potent technology of ceremony.

This new moon occurs at 7:55pm HST and packs an extra punch since it coincides with a solar eclipse at 21 degrees Libra.  Libran themes include peace, harmony, order and balance. This new moon brings fresh creative energy into our lives and relationships.  It is a prime opportunity to rebalance relationships as well as make important changes in our lives.

In ceremony, we will connect with our most authentic, magnetic selves, by clearing the parts of our shadow that are ready to be seen, loved and integrated; so that more of our higher-self may be embodied. Hi Tribe,

I am partnering with Warrior Breath to offer a beautiful breath medicine & sacred cacao immersion ceremony THIS Sunday, just before the New Moon Total Solar Eclipse. This is an in person event for my local Big Island Ohana (unless you want to hop on a plane for a dose of vitamin D). ;) 

Every new moon is a powerful time to set intentions, however since this New Moon in Sagittarius is also a Total Solar Eclipse, our intentions and BEing-ness will set the tone for the next 6 months. Psychic School

Psychic ability isn’t for the gifted few. Everyone has access to their “higher sense perception.” Psychic school is for light-workers, healers and anyone who desires to connect more with their guidance system and to feel more confident and grounded in their innate abilities. 

In psychic school we will: 

Deepen our understanding of energetic anatomy and the chakra system
Learn about the different ways we receive information
Learn practical ways to raise our vibration and be a clear and open conduit
Exercises to clear and open chakras
Meditate
Participate in energetic self-care techniques
Writing exercises
Practice using our higher sense perception in group or partner exercises
Have open discussion and dialogue to share experiences, techniques and learn from each other

You are invited to experience a Sacred Raw Cacao & Fire Ceremony during the potency of the New Moon.  Allow the wisdom of the cacao plant and the transformational power of fire to assist you on your journey as a conscious co-creator.  The new moon is when we plant seeds of intention for manifestation of our deepest soul desires.

Raw, ceremonial grade cacao, has been used for centuries as medicine of the heart, opening the heart, connecting us to universal love and unlocking euphoric states. CACAO (Theobroma Cacao) is known as “Food of the Gods.” It connects your left and right brain hemispheres, balancing male and female energies, enhances creativity, promotes embodiment of new learnings, among many other spiritual benefits.

Elli will concoct a ceremonial grade cacao elixir fit for Gods/Goddesses to invite the spirit & wisdom of this plant to guide you on your New Moon journey.  The health benefits of raw cacao are impressive. Welcome in the New Year with a special class focused on setting intention, hosted by Colleen Bell & Elli Yokochi.
Colleen will guide us through a yoga practice, exploring the 5 Elements and the stages of Manifestation. 
Practice may include yin, flow, Pranayama, and energy activation.
Elli will lead a Raw Cacao and Sacred Fire Ceremony to let go of those things that are not serving you, transform, and manifest your intentions.

Please bring a journal or paper.

We will start slower, in introspection, to be accessible to what is already inside us. The Water Element gives us the space to observe thoughts & sensations, to be present, to plant the seeds of intention. As the seeds start blossoming, there is excitement & curiosity, and we connect with intention. The Wood Element helps us open up to the infinite possibilities that your soul is waiting for you to awaken and release any self-imposed cages we've built. As the intention starts to manifest, the Fire Element brings pure transformation. You are connected to who you are- to your inner child, and you celebrate life. There is an explosion of outward energy- of joy. Burn the patterns & beliefs that aren't letting us grow.

In the stage of assimilation, we receive and enjoy seeing that our intention is happening already. The Earth Element is abundance and appreciating what we have already. Sound is one of the most ancient, and effective healing modalities altering the brain wave state to meditative and healing frequencies. Gabriel uses crystal & alchemy bowls, gongs and other instruments on your sound journey.

The yin yoga practice places intentional stress on joints and connective tissue, through passive poses, to stimulate strengthening + lengthening of ligaments and fascia .Energetically yin opens the meridian system, enhancing energetic flow.
